1. Promotion Period

The Ford of Downtown LA Los Tigres del Norte Grand Prize Driveaway Experience ("Promotion") begins August 20, 2026 and ends September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

Promotion is open to legal residents of California who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who possess valid government-issued identification.

Employees, officers, directors and immediate family or household members of Ford of Downtown LA, Lithia Motors and its affiliated dealerships, Meruelo Media, Grand Sierra Resort, participating promotional partners, prize providers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible.

Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by scanning the official Promotion QR code or visiting https://www.fordofdtla.com/tigres and completing the official online entry form.

Each entrant must provide a full legal first and last name, valid and active mobile telephone number, valid and active email address, ZIP code, confirmation of California residency, confirmation that the entrant is 21 years of age or older, and agreement to these Official Rules.

Information submitted must be accurate, current and belong to the entrant. The potential winner may be required to verify identity and eligibility using government-issued identification.

Limit one entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period.

No purchase, lease, test drive, payment or other transaction is necessary to enter. Making a purchase, leasing a vehicle, taking a test drive or conducting business with Ford of Downtown LA will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Automated, duplicated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4. Grand Prize

One eligible entrant will be selected to receive the Los Tigres del Norte Grand Prize Driveaway Experience for two people: the winner and one guest.

The Grand Prize includes a three-night stay at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada from Friday, September 25 through Monday, September 28, 2026; applicable resort fees associated with the prize stay; two airfare vouchers valued at $250 each ($500 total); two Los Tigres del Norte concert tickets; and a Los Tigres del Norte backstage experience for the winner and one guest.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the complete Grand Prize is $4,000.

The airfare component is limited to the stated $250 voucher value per person and is subject to the terms and restrictions of the applicable airline or travel provider. Any airfare cost or travel expense above the stated voucher value, and any baggage, seat-selection or other airline-imposed fees not expressly included, are the responsibility of the winner and guest, subject to final Lithia Legal / prize-provider confirmation.

The winner and guest are responsible for expenses not expressly stated as being included in the Grand Prize, including meals, ground transportation, parking, personal expenses and incidentals unless otherwise provided by Sponsor.

Winner is responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.

Winner and guest must comply with all applicable airline, hotel, venue, artist, security and Grand Sierra Resort requirements. Backstage access is subject to venue, artist, security and production requirements and may be modified or cancelled because of circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If an advertised prize component becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except where permitted by Sponsor and applicable law.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

Meruelo Media will administer a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Recommended drawing date: Monday, September 14, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If the client elects to select the winner during a September 13 activation, an earlier exact entry cutoff time must be established, disclosed and approved before that drawing occurs.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address supplied on the official entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the first notification attempt unless otherwise specified.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, provided invalid or inaccurate contact information, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete required documentation, the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax documentation and other reasonable prize-fulfillment documents.

7. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize except where expressly stated otherwise. Sponsor may issue any tax 

documentation required by applicable law.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its promotional partners to use the winner's name, city, likeness, photograph, voice and statements concerning the Promotion for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

Information submitted through the Promotion will be collected to administer the Promotion, validate entries and eligibility, conduct the random drawing, contact the potential winner, fulfill the Grand Prize, and support Ford of Downtown LA marketing where the entrant has provided the applicable consent.

Personal information collected through this Promotion will not be sold or rented to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by Ford of Downtown LA, Meruelo Media and authorized service providers acting on their behalf as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, maintain the entry system, fulfill the prize or deliver authorized dealership communications.

Participation in the Promotion does not require an entrant to purchase or lease a vehicle or to agree to receive dealer advertising.

10. Dealer Marketing Consent

Dealer marketing authorization should be presented separately from sweepstakes eligibility and the Official Rules. Final implementation is subject to Lithia Legal approval.

Recommended consent language: "By checking this box and submitting my information, I consent to receive marketing calls, emails and/or text messages from Ford of Downtown LA at the contact information provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance."

The form should link to Ford of Downtown LA's Privacy Policy / California Privacy Notice and use any Lithia-approved TCPA / automated-contact language required by the dealer's CRM or website platform.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, violates these Official Rules or interferes with proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted or misdirected entries or technical, network, website, QR-code, telecommunications or other failures outside their reasonable control.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lithia Motors, Meruelo Media, Grand Sierra Resort, prize providers, participating promotional partners and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
